主癥

腹痛，里急后重，下痢赤白粘凍，肛門灼熱，小便短赤，或有惡寒發(fā)熱，心煩口渴，苔多黃膩，脈象滑數(shù)或濡數(shù)

Main Manifestations

Abdominal pain, tensemus and frequent passage with pus and blood in stool, burning sensation of the anus, scanty and yellow urine, chills, fever, restlessness, thirst, yellow, sticky tongue coating, rolling, rapid or soft, rapid pulse.

主癥

下痢白膩粘凍,喜暖畏寒，腹中隱痛，胸脘痞悶，口淡不渴，舌苔白膩，脈沉遲。

Main Manifestations

White mucus in stools, preference for warmth and aversion to cold, lingering abdominal pain, fullness in the chest and epigastrium, tastelessness in the mouth, absence of thirst, sticky tongue coating, deep, slow pulse.

主癥

痢下赤白，飲食不進，惡心嘔吐，舌苔黃膩，脈濡數(shù)。

Main Manifestations

Frequent passage with blood and pus, loss of appetite, nausea, vomiting, yellow, stick tongue coating, soft, rapid pulse.

下痢時作時止，日久難愈，倦怠怯冷，嗜臥，食欲不振，舌淡苔膩，脈濡。

Desentery occurring on and off, difficult to cure, lassitude, Somnolence, anorexia, pale tongue, sticky tongue coating, soft pulse.

治法

取手陽明及大腸募穴、下合穴為主。以通腸導滯。濕熱痢針刺用瀉法；寒濕痢針灸并用；久痢針灸補瀉兼施。

Treatment

The points of Large Intestine Meridian as well as the Front-Mu point and lower He-sea point of the Large Intestine are selected as the principal points to remove the stagnation from the intestines. 隨證配穴

發(fā)熱：大椎；
脫肛：灸百會，針長強。
濕熱痢加曲池、合谷；
寒濕痢加中脘、陰陵泉，灸氣海；
噤口�。杭又须洌瑑�(nèi)關；
休息�。杭悠⒂�、胃俞、關元、足三里

Additional Points

And Dazhui (GV14) for fewer ;
Add Baihui(GV20) with moxibustion Changqiang (GV1) with needling for prolapse of rectum.
Add Qichi (LI11) and Hegu (LI4) for damp-heat dysentery.
Add Zhongwan(CV12) and Yinlingquan(SP9), moxibustion to Qihai(CV6) for damp-cold dysentery.
Add Zhongwan(CV12) and Neiguan (PC6) for fasting dysentery.
Add Pishu(BL20), Weishu(BL21), Guanyuan(CV4) and Zusanli (ST36) for intermittent dysentery.
