主癥

本病可發(fā)生于身體任何部位，從肱股內(nèi)側(cè)較多，發(fā)病迅速，突然在皮膚上出現(xiàn)大小不等形狀不一的皮疹，多成塊成片；有的呈丘疹樣，此起彼伏，疏密不一，并伴有皮膚異常瘙癢，并常因氣候冷熱而減輕或加劇。本病皮疹的發(fā)生與消失都很迅速，不留任何痕跡，如同時發(fā)于咽喉可見呼吸困難；發(fā)于胃腸兼有惡心、嘔吐、腹痛、腹瀉等癥狀。

Main Manifestations

The disease may occur in any part of the body but mostly in the medial aspect of arms and thighs. There is an abrupt onset with the eruption of wheals in various sizes and shapes, but mainly in close aggregation. The eruption can be popular, evanescent in one place and rising in another, associated with intense itching, and aggravated or alleviated by the chang of weather. Both the appearance and disappearance of the eruption are swift and no marks are left after the vanishing. When it occurs in the throat, there may appear dyspnea nausea, vomiting, abdominal pain and diarrhea are present when stomach and intestines are involved.

治法

取手陽明、足太陰經(jīng)穴為主。毫針刺用瀉法。醫(yī)學(xué) 全在.線提供

Treatment

Points of Large Intestine and Spleen Meridians are mainly prescribed. Reducing technique is applied.

Prescription

Quchi(LI 11), Hegu(LI 4), Xuehai (SP 10), Geshu (BL 17), Weizhong (BL 40) and Tianjing (TE 10).
