【摘要】  目的：回顧分析湖北省復明九號車仙桃基地為期25d，免費為貧困白內障患者施行白內障復明手術的臨床療效。方法：為經過嚴格篩查適合手術復明的貧困白內障患者，施行白內障超聲乳化吸除術（或小切口非超聲乳化白內障摘除術)及人工晶狀體植入術。結果：本組270眼術后視力：1.2者2眼，1.0者25眼，0.8者21眼，0.6者48眼，0.5者33眼，0.4者33眼。共162眼，占60.00%。低視力：二級低視力0.3者46眼，0.2者33眼，一級低視力0.1者4眼，0.09～0.05者2眼。共85眼，占31.48%。盲：二級盲0.04～0.02者15眼，一級盲：指數(shù)8眼。共23眼，占8.52%。脫盲率91.48%。脫殘率77.03%。結論：只有精心的術前篩查，規(guī)范的把握適應證和嫻熟的手術技能，全程嚴格控制感染，才能保證手術車上短期大量手術的質量。而脫盲率和脫殘率的高低，則主要由患者群自身綜合因素決定。

Low vision: second low vision 0.3 (46 eyes), 0.2 (33 eyes), first low vision 0.1 (4 eyes), 0.09��0.05 (2 eyes), totally 85 eyes and account for 31.48%. Blindness: second blindness 0.04��0.02 (15 eyes), first blindness (8 eyes), totally 23 eyes and account for 8.52%.  Off�瞓lind rate: 91.48%.
