《傷寒論》陽(yáng)證宜針、陰證宜灸規(guī)律探討

In The Treatise on Febrile Diseases, there were 31 items about acupuncture and moxibustion therapy, among them acupuncture was used for tretment of disease in the three Yang channels, and moxibustion therapy was used for diseases in the three Yin channels, with distinguishing feature. Diseases in three Yang channels most were excess syndrome or heat syndrome, i. e., initial affection of external exopathogen and un-exhaustion of vital-Qi, which were treated properly with acupuncture for dispelling heat pathogens; the diseases in the three Yin channels was treated properly with moxibustion for warming the middle-Jiao to remove cold. The present paper probes into rules of acupuncture for Yang Syndrome and Moxibustion for Yin Syndrome.
